The manufacturing of metal ceramic extrusion dies generally involves two processes: die manufacturing and die assembly

In the mold manufacturing process, the first step is to carry out mold design and processing. The design should take into account the shape, size and extrusion process requirements of the product. Then, through mechanical processing and other methods, the material is formed into the shape of the mold. After that, the mold undergoes surface treatments such as spraying and heating to enhance its performance

During the mold assembly process, the manufactured metal and ceramic parts are combined, usually by bolt connection or welding. Then, debugging and testing are carried out to ensure the quality and performance of the mold
