The Stone Engraving Tool
(PCD Stone Carving tool) is used to engrave pictures, words and characters on granite, marble, jade, porcelain,ceramic, aluminum and brass.

3. The milling bed-plate cutter can mill the groove at the bottom of the engraving picture. The milling cutter features fast-processing speed and high work efficiency. You can choose milling bed-plate cutters of different sizes
according to the size of the processing surface. The recommended engraving depth of the milling cutter is 2mm.

(1)The hardness of PCD can reach 8000 hv, 80 ~ 120 times of the carbide;
(2) the coefficient of thermal conductivity of PCD of 700 w/mK, 1.5 ~ 9 times for carbide, even higher than that of PCBN and copper, so the PCD cutting tool quickly heat transmission;
(3) the friction coefficient of PCD are generally only 0.1 ~ 0.3 (carbide friction coefficient is 0.4 ~ 1), so the PCD cutting tool can significantly reduce the cutting force;
(4) the thermal expansion coefficient of PCD was only 0.9 x 10-6-1.18 x 10-6, it was worth only 1/5 of the carbide, so the PCD cutting tool thermal deformation is small, high machining accuracy;
(5) between PCD cutting tool and non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials affinity is very small, in the course of processing chip is not easy to bond form the devolop tumors on the blade.
